Invite a friend: terms
This is the English version. A Bangla translation is below (বাংলা); versions in other languages will follow. If the versions differ, the English version applies.

These terms are between you and VISTANOVA GLOBAL LIMITED ("we", "us"), who run Fluentilo. They add to our Terms of Use and apply when you use "Invite a friend" in the app. You accept them in the app before you get your invite link. If you do not accept them, you can still use Fluentilo as normal.
1. Who can take part
- Anyone with a Fluentilo account in good standing (not locked or suspended).
- Invite a friend is for personal invitations to people you know. It is not a business or paid promotion programme. If you want to promote Fluentilo publicly or for money, contact us about our separate promoter programme.
2. How it works
- You get your own invite link and invite code. Share them only in the ways allowed in section 5.
- A friend counts when all of these are true:
- they create a new Fluentilo account and join through your link, or enter your code when they sign up (it cannot be added later);
- they make their first payment for a monthly Premium plan (a yearly plan does not count).
- Each person can only be invited once, by the first link or code they used. It cannot be changed later.
- Your friend pays the normal price. Invite a friend gives them no discount.
3. Your reward
- For every 2 friends who count, you get 1 month (30 days) of Premium free.
- You can earn at most 12 free months in any 12 months. Friends who count after you reach that limit earn nothing.
- How you get the free month:
- if you pay for Premium on Google Play: your next payment is moved back by 30 days;
- if you pay on the Apple App Store: you claim it in the app as an App Store offer, when that option is available;
- if you are on the free plan: you get 30 days of Premium. If you then buy a plan, any free days left are kept (on Google Play they are added to your subscription).
- Free months have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or moved to another account. They end if your account is deleted.
- The app shows how many friends you still need for your next free month. To protect your friends' privacy, we never tell you who joined or who paid.
4. Fair use
Rewards are only for real friends who really pay. These do not count and can lead to rewards being cancelled and your account being suspended:
- inviting yourself, using a second account, or accounts that share a phone with yours;
- fake, bought or made-up accounts, or paying for someone else's subscription to earn a reward;
- any trick to get rewards you would not otherwise get.
5. How you may share your link
- Do share it with people you know, for example in a private message or on your own social media.
- Do not send spam or unwanted bulk messages, or post it where the place's own rules do not allow it.
- Do not buy advertising for it, or post it on coupon or deal websites.
- Do not pretend to be Fluentilo or speak for us, and do not make promises we do not make (for example a guaranteed IELTS score, or that Fluentilo is free).
- Do not target children under 14.
6. Our rights
- We may refuse or cancel a reward that breaks these terms, and stop a link that is misused. We will tell you and explain if we do.
- We may change these terms, the number of friends needed, the limit, or end Invite a friend. We will tell you in the app first. A change does not take away a free month you have already earned, unless it was earned by breaking these terms.
7. Your data
We record which account joined through which link and whether the friend's first payment counted, so we can give rewards and prevent abuse. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Law and contact

এই শর্তাবলী আপনার এবং VISTANOVA GLOBAL LIMITED ("আমরা", "আমাদের"), যারা Fluentilo চালায়, এর মধ্যে সম্মত। এগুলি আমাদের ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলীতে আছে এবং আপনি যখন অ্যাপে "বন্ধুকে আমন্ত্রণ জানান" ব্যবহার করেন তখন প্রয়োগ করা হয়৷ আপনি আপনার আমন্ত্রণ লিঙ্ক পাওয়ার আগে অ্যাপে সেগুলি মেনে নিতে হবে৷ আপনি যদি সেগুলি গ্রহণ নাও করেন তাহলেও আপনি স্বাভাবিক হিসাবে Fluentilo ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
১. কারা অংশ নিতে পারে
- Fluentilo অ্যাকাউন্ট স্বাভাবিক অবস্থানে আছে এমন যে কেউ (লক বা স্থগিত নয়)।
- আপনার পরিচিত ব্যক্তিদের ব্যক্তিগত আমন্ত্রণের জন্য একজন বন্ধুকে আমন্ত্রণ জানান৷ এটি একটি ব্যবসা বা প্রদত্ত প্রচার প্রোগ্রাম নয়। আপনি যদি Fluentilo সর্বজনীনভাবে প্রচার করতে চান বা অর্থের জন্য, আমাদের পৃথক প্রচারক প্রোগ্রাম সম্পর্কে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
২. এটি যেভাবে কাজ করে
- আপনি আপনার নিজস্ব ইনভাইট লিঙ্ক (আমন্ত্রণ লিঙ্ক) এবং ইনভাইট কোড (আমন্ত্রণ কোড) পাবেন। এগুলো শুধুমাত্র ৫ নম্বর সেকশনে অনুমোদিত উপায়েই শেয়ার করতে পারবেন।
- একজন বন্ধুকে তখনই গণ্য করা হবে যখন নিচের শর্তগুলো পূরণ হবে:
- তারা একটি নতুন Fluentilo অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করে এবং আপনার লিঙ্কের মাধ্যমে যুক্ত হয়, অথবা সাইন আপ করার সময় আপনার কোডটি ব্যবহার করে (পরবর্তীতে কোড যোগ করার সুযোগ নেই);
- তারা মাসিক প্রিমিয়াম প্ল্যানের (Monthly Premium plan) জন্য তাদের প্রথম পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করে (বার্ষিক প্ল্যান এক্ষেত্রে গণ্য হবে না)।
- প্রতিটি ব্যক্তিকে কেবল একবারই আমন্ত্রণ জানানো যাবে—অর্থাৎ, তিনি যে লিঙ্ক বা কোডটি প্রথমবার ব্যবহার করেছেন, সেটিই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে। পরবর্তীতে এটি পরিবর্তন করা সম্ভব নয়।
- আপনার বন্ধুকে স্বাভাবিক মূল্যই পরিশোধ করতে হবে। কাউকে আমন্ত্রণ জানানোর মাধ্যমে তিনি কোনো বিশেষ ছাড় পাবেন না।
৩. আপনার পুরস্কার
- প্রতি ২ জন বন্ধু যারা গণ্য হবে, আপনি ১ মাস (৩০ দিন) প্রিমিয়াম বিনামূল্যে পাবেন।
- আপনি যেকোন ১২ মাসে সর্বাধিক ১২টি বিনামূল্যে উপার্জন করতে পারেন। ১২ টি ফ্রি মাস অর্জন করার পরে কোনো কোয়ালিফায়েড বন্ধু ফ্লুএন্টিলোতে যোগ দিলেও আপনি কোনো রিওয়ার্ড পাবেন না।
- আপনি কিভাবে বিনামূল্যে মাস পাবেন:
- আপনি যদি গুগল প্লে (Google Play)-তে প্রিমিয়ামের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করেন, তবে আপনার পরবর্তী পেমেন্টের তারিখ ৩০ দিন পিছিয়ে দেওয়া হবে;
- আপনি যদি অ্যাপল অ্যাপ স্টোরের (Apple App Store) মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করেন, তবে অ্যাপের ভেতরে থাকা 'অ্যাপ স্টোর অফার' (App Store offer) অপশনটি ব্যবহার করে আপনি এটি দাবি করতে পারবেন (যখন এই অপশনটি উপলব্ধ থাকে)।
- আপনি যদি ফ্রি প্ল্যানে (free plan) থাকেন, তবে আপনি ৩০ দিনের প্রিমিয়াম (Premium) সুবিধা পাবেন। এরপর যদি আপনি কোনো প্ল্যান কেনেন, তবে অবশিষ্ট ফ্রি দিনগুলো বজায় থাকবে (গুগল প্লে-এর ক্ষেত্রে, এই দিনগুলো আপনার সাবস্ক্রিপশনের মেয়াদের সাথে যোগ হয়ে যাবে)।
- ফ্রি মাসগুলোর কোনো নগদ মূল্য নেই। এগুলো অর্থের বিনিময়ে পরিবর্তন করা, বিক্রি করা বা অন্য কোনো অ্যাকাউন্টে স্থানান্তর করা যায় না। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা হলে এই সুবিধাগুলোও শেষ হয়ে যাবে।
- পরবর্তী ফ্রি মাস পাওয়ার জন্য আপনার আরও কতজন বন্ধুকে যুক্ত করা প্রয়োজন, তা অ্যাপেই দেখা যাবে। আপনার বন্ধুদের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার স্বার্থে, কে যুক্ত হয়েছে বা কে অর্থ প্রদান করেছে—সে বিষয়ে আমরা আপনাকে কোনো তথ্য জানাব না।
৪. ন্যায্য ব্যবহার
পুরষ্কার শুধুমাত্র প্রকৃত বন্ধুদের জন্য যারা সত্যিই সাবস্ক্রিপশন পরিপূর্ণ করেছে। নিচের এইগুলি গণ্য করা হয়না এবং এর ফলে পুরষ্কার বাতিল হতে পারে এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হতে পারে:
- নিজেকে আমন্ত্রণ জানানো, একটি দ্বিতীয় অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করে বা আপনার সাথে একটি ফোন শেয়ার করা অ্যাকাউন্ট;
- জাল, কেনা বা তৈরি করা অ্যাকাউন্ট, বা পুরস্কার অর্জনের জন্য অন্য কারো সাবস্ক্রিপশনের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করা;
- পুরষ্কার পাওয়ার কোন কৌশল যা আপনি অন্যথায় পাবেন না।
৫. আপনি কিভাবে আপনার লিঙ্ক শেয়ার করতে পারেন
- আপনার পরিচিত ব্যক্তিদের সাথে এটি শেয়ার করুন, উদাহরণস্বরূপ একটি ব্যক্তিগত বার্তায় বা আপনার নিজের সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে৷
- স্প্যাম বা অবাঞ্ছিত বাল্ক বার্তা পাঠাবেন না, বা যেখানে জায়গার নিজস্ব নিয়ম এটির অনুমতি দেয় না সেখানে এটি পোস্ট করবেন না।
- এটির জন্য বিজ্ঞাপন কিনবেন না, বা কুপন বা ডিল ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট করবেন না।
- আপনি ফ্লুএন্টিলো এর পক্ষ থেকে এমন ভান করবেন না বা আমাদের পক্ষ হয়ে কথা বলবেন না এবং এমন প্রতিশ্রুতি দেবেন না যা আমরা করি না (উদাহরণস্বরূপ একটি গ্যারান্টিযুক্ত IELTS স্কোর, বা যে Fluentilo বিনামূল্যে)।
- ১৪ বছরের কম বয়সী বাচ্চাদের টার্গেট করবেন না।
৬. আমাদের অধিকার
- আমরা এই শর্তাবলী ভঙ্গ করে এমন একটি পুরস্কার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করতে পারি এবং অপব্যবহার করা লিঙ্ক বন্ধ করতে পারি। আমরা আপনাকে ব্যাখ্যা সহ নোটিফাই করবো।
- আমরা এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি, প্রয়োজনীয় বন্ধুর সংখ্যা, সীমা, অথবা আপনার নতুন বন্ধুকে আমন্ত্রণ জানানোর অপসন বন্ধ বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। আমরা আপনাকে প্রথমে অ্যাপটিতে বলব। একটি পরিবর্তন আপনার ইতিমধ্যেই উপার্জন করা একটি বিনামূল্যের মাস কেড়ে নেয় না, যদি না এটি এই শর্তাবলী ভঙ্গ করে অর্জিত হয়।
৭. আপনার ডেটা
আমরা রেকর্ড করি কোন অ্যাকাউন্ট কোন লিঙ্কের মাধ্যমে যোগদান করেছে এবং বন্ধুর প্রথম অর্থপ্রদান গণনা করা হয়েছে কিনা, পুরষ্কার দিতে এবং অপব্যবহার প্রতিরোধ করতে আমরা এটা করি। আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি দেখুন।
৮. আইন এবং যোগাযোগ
